Annamaria Di Lena


With more than 20 years experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, the understanding of my customers, my positive attitude and my foreign languages’ skills played a very important role to gain a valuable insight and knowledge in all aspects of the industry at an international level. My education, my professional working experience in Italy and France, my network of contacts allowed me to develop my project of creating PerlaNera.

Born and raised in South of Italy, I always been attracted by people who spoke foreign languages and coming from different cultures. From an early age, I decide to learn as many languages as possible (I begun to learn english at 7 years old). I was finding fascinating to be able to communicate with people coming from different countries. I also followed my passion for asian languages and graduated in Japanese and Hindi at the Venise University in Italy. After graduating, I started working as a tour leader with several travel agencies in Venise specialised in Japanese and American tourism (Alba Travel-Miki Travel-GTA). In 2000, I started working as a Project Manager at JTB-Japan Travel Bureau, where I was in charge of Japanese customers. Based in Paris since 2003, I’m working for Cityrama and many incentive agencies such as Liberty Incentive Meeting & Congresses, Allied Travel, Kuoni, BCD M&I, etc. alongside managing PerlaNera.

Pascal Evuort


With more than 30 years professional experience, I have  worked in multiple industries at different positions such as coaching and helping people from local communities within the social and care sector, as sales representative or within the tourism industry.  I have more than 10 years experience in the tourism sector at different positions. Since 2005, I have been working for the Visual Transdev Group as a field coordinator in the Operations department. With very good interpersonal, communications and team managing skills,  I have a methodical, rigorous and discreet approach and gained recognised expertise in the coordination of international events such as Cop21, G8, G20, Canon, World Cup Skiing Val d’Isere, Hermès, L’Oreal, etc. Meeting  Annamaria, brought together our different qualities and yet complementary and put them at the service of our customers, individuals and professionals. Hence the creation of PerlaNera.
